The piece delves into themes of balance, freedom, and limitation through a unique movement language and an innovative, custom-designed prop. A rotating and swinging ladder grants the performers access to the aerial space—typically reserved for flying creatures—liberating them from the pull of gravity and enabling expression across all dimensions. In this exploration of boundless movement, the performers contemplate how humanity’s relentless drive for discovery, growth, and boundary-pushing can coexist with a mindful respect for the natural and social ecosystems already in place.
